Role of Women in Agricultural Development in Rural Areas

Women play a crucial role in agricultural development and rural livelihoods across the world. In many developing countries, women contribute significantly to crop production, livestock management, post-harvest operations, food processing, and household food security. Despite their substantial contribution, women often face challenges such as limited access to land, credit, agricultural inputs, training, and decision-making opportunities.
